By registering for the Mount Maunganui Half Marathon you will have to agree to the New Zealand Government COVID-19 Protection Framework regarding events, mass gatherings and the use of vaccine certificates, if any are required by law. The event organiser requires proof of COVID-19 vaccination (or medical exemption) as a condition of participation. UPDATE
With the announcements made by the Ministry of Health, over the next few days we will be keeping you updated with information regarding this event and its scheduled Saturday 29 August date. If we need to postpone it, we still have our back-up date with Council of Saturday 28 November 2020. All entries would be transferred from the first date to the second date. |

EVENT BUS SERVICE
Make your race morning transportation easy by using our bus service to get you from Mount Maunganui's Main Beach to the start line of the Half Marathon in Papamoa at Simpson Reserve. There is very limited parking available at the Half Marathon start area so we strongly encourage athletes to use the shuttle bus service on race day morning. You can book your bus time when you enter online. Please note, this service must be booked by Wednesday 21 August 2019.
The first bus will leave at 6:30am from registration/Mount Maunganui Surf Club. The remaining busses will leave when each bus is full. Last bus will depart at 7:15am.
